QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
The practical ones, the obvious ones, and the ones we genuinely hope someone asks.
ORDERS & PRODUCTS

Where are your products made?

Every Anarchyland product is made on demand by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities across the US and internationally. Items are produced when you order them — not sitting in a warehouse somewhere waiting to be loved.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time on top of that. For US orders, you're generally looking at 5–12 business days total from order to doorstep. International orders take longer and vary by destination.

We know waiting is hard, especially when you really need that mug.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The resistance is not geographically limited. Printful ships to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient — that part is out of our hands.

Can I order the wrong size and return it?

Because everything is made to order, all sales are final. We can't accept returns for sizing errors or change of mind. Please check the size guides carefully before ordering — they're on each product page and we'd rather you get it right the first time.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or completely wrong through no fault of your own, that's a different story. See our Refunds & Returns page.

Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?

We move fast. Once an order is placed, production may begin immediately, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to try, email us at oneforall@anarchyland.com right away and we'll see what's possible. No promises, but we'll do our best.

Are the colors on screen what I'll actually get?

Pretty close, but not a perfect guarantee. Monitor calibration and printing processes can cause slight variation. We design with production in mind, so the differences are generally minimal — but if your screen has been lying to you about everything else in your life, it might lie to you about this too.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Ceramic mugs — yes, top rack. Travel mugs and stainless steel drinkware — hand wash recommended to preserve the print and keep everything looking sharp. Rocks glasses — hand wash. Treat them well and they'll last.

Can yard signs be used outdoors?

Yes. That's the whole point. Anarchyland yard signs are printed on durable corrugated plastic and come with metal H-stakes. They're built to be outside, in the rain, in the sun, and directly in the eyeline of anyone who walks or drives past your house.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

My neighbor is mad about my yard sign. What do I do?

First: congratulations. Your yard sign is working.

Second: you have options. You could invite them over for coffee and a conversation — radical, we know. You could smile and wave every single time you see them. You could add a second yard sign. You could do nothing at all, because in most residential areas, a yard sign on your own property is fully protected speech and your neighbor's feelings about it, while valid, are not your legal problem.

We recommend leading with kindness — not because you owe it to them, but because kindness is punk rock and it tends to disarm people more effectively than escalation. That said, your lawn, your rules.

We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. We are, however, firmly on your side.

My neighbor stole my yard sign. Now what?

Yard sign theft is actually a crime in most jurisdictions — it's considered petty theft or vandalism depending on your state. You can file a police report if you'd like to go that route. You can also get another sign, put it back up, and feel the particular satisfaction of someone who refuses to be silenced by their neighbor's midnight gardening activities.

We'd suggest ordering a backup or two while you're at it. Consider it an investment in persistence.

Is this a political brand?

It depends on your definition. We don't represent any political party and you won't find party names or partisan slogans on our products. What you will find is a clear and unapologetic belief that human beings deserve dignity, that democracy is worth protecting, and that kindness is not weakness.

If those feel political to you, that says more about the current moment than it does about us.

Can I use Anarchyland products for organizing or community events?

Yes, and we love this for you. Bulk orders are possible — reach out to us at oneforall@anarchyland.com and let's talk about what you need.

THE MAKE YOUR MARK PROGRAM

How does the Make Your Mark submission process work?

You submit a phrase or message through our Make Your Mark page. We read every submission ourselves. If your words fit the world we're building here, we'll reach out, put them on a product, tag you on social media, and send you one on the house.

There's no algorithm deciding this. It's just us, your words, and whether they land.

What kind of messages are you looking for?

Honest ones. Specific ones. The kind of thing you'd actually want on a mug or a yard sign — not a slogan you've seen a hundred times, but something that captures how it actually feels to be a person paying attention right now.

We won't accept submissions containing hate speech, slurs, brand names or trademarked phrases, or content targeting a specific political party. Outside of that, we're genuinely listening.

How will I know if my submission is selected?

We'll email you directly. Make sure you submit an address you actually check. We'll also tag you on social when the product drops, which is the more exciting notification of the two.

What if I submit something brilliant and never hear back?

It means we didn't select it this time — not that it wasn't brilliant. We're building a specific world here and sometimes the timing is off, or we already have something similar in the works, or we just aren't the right home for it. Submission doesn't guarantee selection, but we read everything.   We genuinely appreciate every person who takes the time to send something in.
