Welcome to Anarchyland (anarchyland.com). By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — but please don’t use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Who we are

Anarchyland is a sole proprietorship based in Long Beach, California. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Anarchyland and its owner. References to “you” or “your” mean the person accessing the site or placing an order.

Products and orders

All products are made on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this:

• Products are not pre-made or held in inventory
• Production typically begins within 2–7 business days of your order
• Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration and printing processes
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders placed at a confirmed price will honor that price. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely by our payment processor.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Anarchyland is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll work with Printful to make it right.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference (wrong size ordered, changed mind, etc.). We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns page for the full policy, and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Intellectual property

All content on anarchyland.com — including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, product designs, and the Anarchyland name — is owned by Anarchyland or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

When you submit a message request through our Requests form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that message on products and promotional materials. You represent that any message you submit is your own original expression and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

User submissions (requests/suggestions)

Anarchyland welcomes message submissions from the community. By submitting a message or phrase through our Requests form, you understand and agree that:

• Submission does not guarantee your message will be selected or produced
• If selected, we may use your message on products, in marketing materials, and on social media
• We will credit and tag you on social media if your submission is used, using the handle or name you provide
• You will receive a complimentary product featuring your message if it is accepted
• We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason
• Submissions may not contain hate speech, defamatory content, trademarked phrases, or content that infringes on third-party rights

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use this site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site’s functionality
• Resell our products without authorization
• Engage in any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to Anarchyland, its customers, or the broader community

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anarchyland disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Anarchyland’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We’ll update the effective date at the top when we do.
